Types of phone locks

If your phone is from overseas and "locked" to another mobile phone network, we can remove the 'restrictions' so that the phone can be used with a Vodafone NZ or any other sim card.

If you accidentally lock your handset or you forget your phone lock code we can help you reset your phone lock code.

Methods to have your phone unlocked

1) Simply drop off your phone to the service centre

2) Send your phone in by courier - See instructions below

Steps to follow for sending in your phone

Step 1

• - Back up all data on your handset
• - Remove your SIM card and memory card
• - Do not send any accessories [ie: chargers/the phone box/cables etc] (unless otherwise instructed)

Step 2

• - Ensure that your phone is wrapped in bubble wrap and sealed securely.
• - Enclose your contact details (and Reference Number if applicable)
• - Enclose a return courier bag or we can arrange the return courier for an additional $5 charge *

• - Payment is not required until the job has been completed

Step 3

• Once received, the following steps will be taken;
• Unlocking - We will unlock your phone and contact you with confirmation. Once payment has been made the phone will be couriered back
• Repairs - The phone will be diagnosed, we will contact you and inform you of the problem and advise you how much it will cost to fix the phone
• If you accept the quote, we will repair the phone and contact you with confirmation. Once payment has been made the phone will be couriered back.

• 1) Cash / EFTPOS on pickup
• 2) Bank Deposit - Click for account details
• 3) Credit Card - Unfortunately there is an additional 5% charge on all credit card transactions
• 4) Paypal - Add 5% to total amount
